First, there is our bulk option. This works simply as a discounted iPad or Tablet repair protocol, based on groups of broken tablets, that need to be repaired. In many cases, particularly at the end of a school year, tablets that are broken pile up, and need to be repaired. Taking the devices to Apple or Carrier service centers can be very pricey. That’s where we come in to relieve price concerns. The prices on each device depend solely on the amount of devices that need to be repaired. We’ve worked very hard to establish great partnerships with parts distribution companies to keep costs low, and are confident we can save you money, time, and headaches.

We can do bulk tablet repair on device numbers ranging from as little as 10 to as many as 500. We will work with your organization on developing a price that makes every party satisfied, and gets the job done with precision.

 

The Shipping And Payment Process
Shipping and payment on bulk repairs operations work very simply, and since we’ve worked with many large educational organizations around the country, we’ve set up our processes to work cohesively with yours: we accept purchase orders, and can accept checks for payment. Of course, the option to pay with a credit or debit card is there as well.

Shipping is as simple as taking the devices to any major carrier, like FedEx, boxing them in our special containers and shipping them off. They will weigh the package and price the label based on that. Return shipping will be included in your invoice, which we will send you prior to you shipping the devices out, and we’ll have the devices packaged and boxed, sent right back to the address of your choosing, after the repairs are completed. 

 

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time for bulk repairs is dependent on the amount of devices. At Smart Phone Fixer, our repair stations are set up to maximize productivity, and our technicians are trained to deliver the most precise repairs, for several of the world’s most precise devices.

We can also offer a per incident repair model, that is also discounted. We can work with your organization to get prices as low as possible, and to make the processes for shipping and payment as headache free as they can be. We can accept all major forms of payment for per repair processes, and will supply a prepaid, preaddressed USPS shipping label to make the process virtually plug and play.

 

What We Fix
The most common issue with a broken tablets is cracked screens. That is, the touch screen digitizer gets cracked and damaged. Our screen repair processes are top notch, and get the job done effectively. We also fixed damaged LCD’s (graphics display), home button issues, power button problems, volume and mute issues, and all other hardware malfunctions or damages.
